The “5-Way” Mindfulness-led Size & Weight Change Programme is specifically designed for people who have tried to lose or gain weight on other diets or régimes, had initial success, but then gone back to how they were – or worse!

With your input, together we plan and design your programme specifically for you. The “5-Way” includes individual Face-to-face mentoring, group work either virtually, in London or Milton Keynes, biomedical saliva tests to check your metabolism, scans and, where needed, hypnosis to help you change habits. Yet it is highly affordable and, if you are willing to provide us with data about your progress, can be free.

A course to suit you, combining one-to-one support with group work

You have the choice of :

  • A fully virtual course.
  • One with weekly or fortnightly meetings held in London or Milton Keynes.
  • A mixture of meetings in London or Milton Keynes and virtual sessions at home or at work.
